Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Victoria, BC?

Absolutely. Many of our customers order from across Canada—Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, and more. You can place your order online in minutes, and we’ll handle the rest from our Victoria studio.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or contact the recipient directly (based on your delivery notes). We always take care to ensure your gift arrives safely.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable flower delivery?
Yes. Sustainability matters to us. We use low-waste packaging and avoid floral foam. Our designs are created with seasonal, locally sourced flowers wherever possible to reduce our environmental footprint.
How long will the flowers last?
With proper care, most arrangements last 5–7 days. We include a flower care card with every delivery to help your recipient enjoy their blooms for as long as possible.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver flowers throughout Greater Victoria as well as Sidney, Langford and Colwood. At the moment, we do not offer delivery to Sooke, Millstream or the Gulf Islands.
Can I add a personal card message to my order?
Yes! Every order includes a complimentary card with your custom message. You can enter your message during checkout and we’ll make sure it’s printed and included with the flowers.
What kind of flowers do you use in your arrangements?
We use fresh, seasonal blooms sourced from local growers whenever possible. Our designs are crafted daily in our Victoria studio and reflect what’s freshest and most beautiful at the time of your order.
How do I know my order was received?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. We also send you an email confirmation once the flowers have been delivered to your loved one.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We can’t guarantee exact delivery times, but you can include a preferred window during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. For timed events (like funerals), please provide us with event details and a day-of content so we can ensure a safe delivery for you.
